"Slow shipping and useless tracking"
Shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking was useless. It didn’t update for days, then the delivery date changed twice, so I kept checking over and over just to see if the package was even still coming. Such a waste of time and energy for something that should’ve been simple. It did show up eventually, but the whole process felt unreliable and really annoying. I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I gave it a try hoping it would feel a bit more private, but the whole experience just didn’t feel discreet to me and I kept feeling awkward about it the entire time, so I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Still not seeing results after weeks"
I gave this a fair shot and used it for several weeks, but i barely noticed any difference. At first I figured maybe it just needed more time, but after sticking with it and still not seeing much change, it’s disappointing. I’m at the point where I feel like I need to reach out to customer service because it really hasn’t lived up to what I expected

The consultation was easy to set up and the doctor seemed professional enough, but the appointment felt rushed. I was hoping they’d ask more about my health and dig into the details a bit, but most of the responses were short and the advice felt fairly basic. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as helpful or personal as I expected.

"Easy to switch to a cheaper plan"
I was trying to keep my monthly costs down, so I changed my subscription plan and it was actually easy. Didn’t take long at all, which I appreciated.

"I thought it was going to be a..."
I thought it was going to be a bit more reasonable, but once all the charges were added up, the final price felt high. for what I actually got, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.
Maybe it makes sense for some people, but I ended up finding better value somewhere else. kinda wish I had compared prices more before Signing up.

"Website felt a little frustrating"
The site wasn’t terrible, but reading between the lines, it just felt like it needs some cleanup. Pages took longer to load than I expected, and finding what I needed was more of a hassle than it should’ve been.
